Lavendar Farm at Woodstock - Somerset, KY

Featuring local food from Sustainable Harvest Farm, a USDA Certified Organic farm located in London, Kentucky, as well as other local agricultural producers. 

Following the meal, the film be introduced by Dr. Morris Grubbs, editor of Conversations with Wendell Berry. Dr. Grubbs is currently the Assistant Dean in the University of Kentucky Graduate School. His book will be available for purchase at the event.

The film will begin at dark, approximately 8 p.m.

Only 50 dinner tickets will be sold.Dinner tickets ($48+tax) include film screening tickets.

Screening tickets ($6+tax) do not include food. Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be given.

6:00 pm for food/drinks etc, movie starts at 8:15pm

Adults are $38 per person. Children aged 6-12 are $17 and kids 5 and under and free of charge. Print out your receipt and bring with you to the event for proof of purchase. This will be exchanged for your ticket to one free beer for adults. 

Food & Drinks: One Beer with an adult ticket and kids drinks are included in your cost.  California Food Truck will be providing food for purchase along withThe Aero Bar and Actual Food for beverage purchases. Come movie-time, popcorn will be available free of charge. 

Marketplace: We are working on providing a marketplace of sorts for our guests that include a range of local makers and shakers for items to purchase. Once this list is complete, we will send out an email to our guests and announce on social media.

What to do and bring: We will have designated parking areas when you arrive to the farm close to the screening site. We also suggest you BYOB (bring your own blanket.)

This event is funded by proceeds from Minnesota Garlic Festival, an educational and fundraising event produced by the Crow River Chapter on the second Saturday in August in Hutchinson, MN.

Waverly Farm - Versailles, KY

Hosted by the Friends of the Bluegrass Land Conservancy & Woodford Forward. The gates will open at 7 pm with the movie to begin at 8:30 pm. Local food prepared by Woodford Reserve Chef de Cuisine Nat Henton. Tickets are $60/person or $100/couple which includes food as well as a special Woodford Reserve cocktail. A full cash bar will also be available. All ages welcome - kids 12 and under get in free. We will have live bluegrass music before the movie begins. There will be a limited number of chairs available so please bring blankets, camp chairs and any picnic supplies you'd like to have. This event will be advanced ticketing only and is limited to 250 people so please get your ticket early! The rain date for the event will be Friday, August 25. All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Bluegrass Land Conservancy and Woodford Forward.
